What is your minimum order for custom tempered glass?
We serve industrial clients of all scales—from independent installers requiring a rack of custom units to regional wholesalers ordering full crates or containers.
Do you ship glass outside of the Phoenix metro area?
Yes. While we operate our own trucks twice weekly in the Phoenix metro, we also provide secure, crated freight delivery for installers across Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah.
Are your tempered glass units SGCC certified?
All tempered glass produced at our Hermosillo plant is manufactured to SGCC (Safety Glass Certification Council) standards. We strictly adhere to technical specifications required for architectural and shower door applications.
Where is your manufacturing and distribution located?
Our nearshore manufacturing facility is located in Hermosillo, Mexico. US-based distribution, logistics, and sales coordination are managed through our headquarters and warehouse in Nogales, Arizona.
What is your warranty for shower door installers?
We offer a comprehensive B2B warranty against manufacturing and tempering defects. Because we control our own logistics for local shipments, we also guarantee transport safety in our own trucks. specific terms are documented in your service agreement.
